A PRACTICE IN
Honouring dreams.
THE PRATICE
Dreamwork can begin before sleep and continue long after waking. Together, we build a routine that helps dreams arrive, stay with you, and become part of your ongoing reflection.
Welcoming the dream
We design simple incubation practices and make room for the dream before sleep.
Documenting
We find a documentation process that suits your life and dream goals so details have a place to land.
Staying in conversation
Meaning may emerge, shift, or remain open. The focus is a sustained relationship with your dream life—not a single answer. We explore together what gets the conversation going without forcing anything.

IMAGE MAKING
Using art material & dreams.
Working with art materials allows you to capture the essence of a dream without needing to make sense of it straight away. It creates space for deeper reflection, helping the dream continue to unfold and reveal its wisdom over time. You don’t need any experience — only curiosity to make something your own.
No prior experience with art material is required and this part of the process is facultative; just a gentle invitation.

FOR ONGOING WORK TOGETHER
Written recommendations
If time is limited, receive a personalised PDF with practical suggestions, guidance on a dream of your choice. I will offer options for you to communicate your dream associations before I deliver.
WHAT TO EXPECT
My expertise brings together dreamwork, creative exploration, and practical ways of tending to your dream life between sessions. The work is collaborative, paced around what feels useful to you.
Bring what matters
A dream, a recurring image, or simply a sense that something in your dream life wants attention is enough to begin. I will ask you to fill a facultative form for the first session where you already can express expectations.
Explore collaboratively
We use conversation, images, associations, and creative prompts as needed—without forcing an interpretation or a fixed outcome.
Continue the practice
You may leave with a simple next step, a way to record dreams, an incubation prompt, or a practice to stay in conversation with what emerged.
ABOUT ME
A little more about me.

Dreamtender, I listen to dreams.
I’m an avid dreamer and have been working with my own dreams for more than a decade. In the last few years, I discovered the power of talking about dreams with others — what emerges when a dream is shared, listened to, documented, curated, and given space to unfold.
My work sits somewhere between dreamwork, artistic creation, storytelling, and human experience. I’m interested in the ways we shape and make sense of our inner content, and in the creative materials, images, and practices that can help us explore what lives beneath the surface.
Before becoming a hybrid creative practitioner, I worked as a case manager across social services, mental health, and interpersonal violence prevention programs. I’m currently in my third year of art therapy training, deepening my understanding of image-making, embodied practices, mindfulness, and the many ways creative processes can support reflection and change.
I am partial to tea and coffee, if you are located in Brussels we can schedule a session in your favourite coffee shop.

THE VALUES BEHIND MY PRACTICE
Confidentiality
What you share is treated with care, respect, and discretion. Your personal reflections, dreams, and creative work are kept private and will not be shared with others without your consent. This commitment to privacy is held within the limits of ethical responsibilities and may have exceptions in situations where there are serious concerns about safety.
Your dream, your meaning
You remain the authority on your own experience. I won’t impose an interpretation; we explore images and associations together, at your pace.
Consent and clear boundaries
You choose what to bring, what to pause, and what support feels right. When a need is outside my scope, I’ll say so and help you consider the next appropriate step.
